ABOUT KEVEN SAVELL

Hey — I’m Keven Savell, a Realtor® serving Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County, and my goal is simple: make buying or selling a home feel clear, comfortable, and a whole lot less overwhelming.

I was born in Philadelphia and raised in Elkins Park, so this area isn’t just where I work — it’s home. Before getting into real estate, I was a radio show host, which probably explains why communication is one of the things my clients appreciate most. I’m hands-on, easy to reach, and I believe you should always know exactly what’s going on throughout the process.

I take a data-driven approach and I’m a strong negotiator, but just as important — I want you to actually enjoy the experience. Real estate can feel complicated, and my job is to simplify things, keep you informed, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building real relationships. And yes — fun fact — I was once on The Price Is Right and won a trip to Miami… so if we work together, you’ll at least get some good stories along the way.
